Check under resources on this website for local REI clubs. They listed every state in there. I found a phone number and name for my state from there. I am going to check it out this coming Wednesday on it (my first meeting).
I am also new to investing and have Carleton sheets program. Don’t worry about anxiety attacks, just go out and do it (that’s what I am doing) and make deals that make sense to you.

I have just recently purchased the Carleton Sheets course and I have found it to be very informative and easy to understand. However, I am having anxiety attacks just thinking about buying my first property. I have good credit but not mouch of it, have no cash for down payment and am not sure which technique would be best to use. I would like my first purchase to be my residence, but should I buy a couple of properties first and use them as leverage in buying my residence? Also, does anybody out there know of realestate investor clubs in the west palm beach, florida area?
