What is the consensus about buying new single wide manufactured homes vs repos when you have over 100 vacancies to fill in a price constrained market (eg sell home at or near cost and hold paper to create occupancy).

I’d certanly want bids if considering wholesale purchase. Delivery
can be delayed because some factories have to be re-tooled in
order to mfr. SWs.
A lot depends on your area & the availablility of repos. Are you
sure your mkt is price-constrained or just monthly-payment-
constrained? If I am financing a sale I want to make more than
the
interest, even though I know occupancy increases value (note
there
are exceptions).
Is this a real situation yet, or a contemplated purchase? Where?
