I was walking from my car to the IHOP for a mini REI meeting with friends, with my new bandit sign under my arm to show them. A guy stops me in the parking lot and starts telling me about the $1 million house he’s selling.

I wonder what’ll happpen when I actually stick one in the ground?

What the heck. It would work.

Free advertising everywhere you go. Print it on the front and back with web site info if you have one.

Don’t have to worry about ordinances or people complaining about bandit signs.

Just keep a pen, pocket notebook and business cards nearby for responses.

Hi Rosie,

These signs must work. I got a call from one of my signs today from a woman that has 3 seperate buildings with a total of 12 units that she wants to sell.

Time to put up more signs I guess.
