I’m hoping to receive a “yes” shortly on an offer I presented this afternoon. No great deal, here. In fact, I will go traditional on it, but it will provide some monthly flow and it’s on a corner lot on a highway, so who knows what the future will hold? Happy New Year…

howza bout a re question on new years eve because I see there are surfing junkies here like me…Anybody slam dunking deals today on new years eve? That would be out of the box. I would like to hear statements from some of the ‘out-of-the-box’ players? I’m stuck down here in 70 degree blue skies and the sea gulls are sqwaking in San Diego while elsewhere the wx man sez y’all are pushing snow blowers?
