I am new to this real estate market and hitting walls at every pass.
The Long Island New york market is crazed… houses are comming on the market and going off just as quickly as they come on. People are paying asking price and MORE. This includes HUD, VA, and rehabs even the sevrely distressed ones. What do I have to do to make muney in this market???
