I hear some people say that is the way to go first when you start out investing? I also attended the Allen seminar the other day and got some nice information there. What about dealing with non-conforming lenders and/or equity lenders?

I purchased the CS program read it and made a deal on a 9 unit apartment. Did not follow through fast enough. I have been looking at forclosures, and renting verses flipping. Would like some experienced help for the less experienced.

Wholesaling generally means finding a good deal,
tying it up with a purchase contract or option,
and then finding another investor who will buy
it in your place - while you collect a fee
for your work “in the middle”
