I just received the course last week and I’m trying very hard not to get ahead of myself. So far I’ve made my short term and long term goals, but it will be a few months before I try my first deal. It would be nice to hear from anyone in Washington who’s applied the techniques.

Hello all! I can’t believe I’ve stumbled onto this goldmine -of-a-website!! I purchased the Carleton Sheets CD’s a year ago, but would love to confer with other successful investors who’ve successfully completed little or no money down deals. I’m filled with good intentions, but have allowed them to be postponed and to remain "unacted-upon"due to uncertainty and allowing other priorities to take place.
Anyone in Washington State (ideally in Lynden or Bellingham!) who would be willing to share your success stories?
