Hello,
As a first time investor interested in rehabs… I am looking for resources (websites/books/courses) to help get me on my way.
I’ve spent the past week pouring over articles on a few sites that I’ve found. But thought some of you seasoned pro’s might have some good suggestions on where to get started.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Also… does anyone know if there is a RE buy/sell forum where I can pick up some used books/courses on the subject.
