I strongly suggest that you look at Bronchick’s site and read information there about lease option deals. Sounds like you have a good deal at your fingertips but need some basic education on lease lease options.

Hello,
I am a newbie to real estate investing, however, I have been following in CRE Online for sometime now. I need help and advise ASAP.
I have a married couple who urgently want a house. They would prefer to do a lease with option to buy. They have $5,000 in reserves to spend on the lease option. The problem is that I have no money and I don’t know how to proceed with this. I know that I am sitting on a good deal but, I just need so direction on how to structure it.
Anyone with info please help??!!
