Join the million ++ other newbies with good credit and few ideas.

Money is everywhere…good ideas are not.

When all else fails,[my favorite], is to joint venture and equity share. Equity sharing can be structured many ways.

The biggest question these days is what are the best cities to be involved in.

I see teaming up in investor short sale and REO’s the best strategy.

I am a first investor looking for some advise. My issue is I currently have no money to invest, but I have good credit ,so I am trying to be creative as possible to stucture a deal with no money. Any advise would be greatly accpeted on what path to take. Thanks

all joking aside, read the Millionaire Next Door" not getting divorced, staying married to the same person for a long time and living below your means are all contributing factors.
