I’ve been reading the posts here for a few months now, and want to get active. I’m currently trying to L/O my personal home in Charlotte and trying to find a below market value home in Greensboro (where I plan to move). I’m looking for a mentor in the Charlotte or Greensboro areas who can give me advice and point me in the right direction.
