You can attempt to “broker” Notes to Note funders for FEE income without having to “list” them on any internet site. In fact most individuals who go about listing Note deals often find themselves besieged with calls, inquiries, soliciatations from other Note brokers and Not from principal buyers. These solicitous Note brokers often have little or less experience in the business of buying, brokering, grading, packaging, processing, evaluating, and due diligence involving Notes and cash flows than you might have. Often its the “blind leading the blind”…
Looking for Notes on the internet is really not the way to go. Your best bet is to develop you own internal marketing game plan that will utilize several marketing methods (wheter direct mail, classified ads, working referral sources, a news release or newsletter, networking, workshops, etc.) that you are comfortable with in promoting. As the leasds come in then work with one or two designated funding sources to build your business and learn as you earn.
