hey folks im just getting into this type of REI. Im considering buying the beacon program but be quite honest ive never done this type of work so to say the least im nervous so i considered doing some MH deals but ive just relocated have very little money and horrible credit thanks to a ex-wife so where should i start and what course should i go into. should i also start taking some courses in real estate or get my license or what ?? I have the desire just not the direction in which to start. Thanks in advance
