What is a “hassle” to some is enjoyable for others. I don’t believe you will be able to make high profits without having an interest in, and finding some satisfaction in the type of RE investment that you choose to do. Your subconscious mind works against you if you don?t really want to be doing it.

Do what you like. If you need more annual profits, do it a lot.

Spend some time reading the posts, articles, and money-making ideas to see if anything appeals to you. Search the archives for those topics and ?beginners? posts by Ron Starr and JohnBoy.

Hi everybody,
I’m a rookie at RE and I just have a few questions for experienced buyers. What type of RE should I study to make the most profit with the least hassle? Any courses or books recommended or for sale? Any advice for first timer? Thanx a ton - Matt

it depends on you, what do you like to do, what do you want to do, what are your skills, etc. etc. etc.
