Zulema, Leave the word Realtor out of your question and you will probably figure out what the answer is. The person you are referring to is just an ordinary investor. You ask will he do a no money down deal with you? the answer is …who knows. Perhaps you should ask him…ED

Hello, this may be a dumb question but here we go. I have met a realtor that buys houses and sells with seller financing. Is it still possible to negotiate with this realtor for a no money down deal? ( I have not been able to talk business yet but want to have some info about how realtors that offer seller financing do business.)Thank You, Zulema
