Hello all,
I am a “newbie” who is interested in two areas of real
estate investing. First, is flipping or rehabbing properties. Which I understand for the most part ( but there is always more to learn). The second is buying a property, selling it and collecting the monthly note. I don’t want to be a landlord but I have been told what I am looking to do is buy notes, sell them and build a monthly cashflow which is very similar to actually renting property.
I would love feedback from others on how I can learn to put together this type of transaction? Are there any courses, books etc that can guide me? I have limited knowledge of notes, or what creative things can be done with them to make money (although this is what I want to find out). I am starting at ground zero and need resources that will help me start learning as much about them and the type of deals I want to construct as possible.
All suggestions, opinions, ideas, etc would be greatly appreciated.
