Start here, read the posts and how to articles, and then buy Ron Legrands book, “Fast Cash with Quick Turn Real Estate”.
It is less than $20, and worth every penny.
There is enough info for you to do a “Flip” deal in those sources.
And, when you get questions, come here and post them.

Hello Everyone,
I am a newbie so bear with me. I wanted to know what kind
of offer do I make to the seller in order to have an agreement to assign the property to a contract. The seller is selling the property for 85,000k so what do I do? How do I assign this figure under contract? Mind you, I have no good credit, I just started this new job and I don’t have any money in the bank/no accounts and I don’t want to be held liable in case the deal doesn’t go through. So anyone’s input is very welcome. Thank you.
