Hi! We have done lot rent both ways. When the PM isn’t comforable with the idea, we offer to pay the lot rent until the buyer has the mh paid in full. We only pay two of our PM’s, the rest pay their own lot rent.

Do I collect this rent from my buyer/tenant and pay the PM myself, or does my buyer pay it directly. If he does, how do I know he’s keeping it current? Do I need to check on him each month? Thanks, kidblue
