During the "How to Get Lenders Fighting . . Workshop a few years ago, we were encouraged to adio record it. I have it on 14 cassettes. I’m sure it’s changed some since I attended but I’m also sure most of it is the same.
Very good information. IF you listen closely, you can really learn a lot.

I have been checking this part of the CRE site for several weeks trying to find out the date of the next “How to Get Lenders Fighting to Give You Money” workshop offered by Ed and Terry. Does anyone know when it is?

As for now, it looks like we?re going to do another Workshop in November.
At this moment it looks like it?s going to be in California or Florida. I?ll know for sure in the next couple of weeks the exact date and location. But it will happen in November.

Having just moved from Naples, FL to the land of real estate opportunity – Indiana – my biased vote is for Florida!
You might take a poll and see how much interest there is for both sunny coasts. Anyhow, looking forward to the hearing the date – just hope I’ve got the days open to attend. Feel free to email me directly when you get the date set.
