I would love to go to Houston. As of yet I have not been to see you in action, but my husband said that St.Louis was impressive. I WILL be there next year. I hope you choose a place that is warm.

I won’t miss this one. I second Houston.
Used to live there and would love to visit friends and find some deals.

There is alot of great food on the north and west sides. By the way, there is a good Hooters on the north side not too far from the airport!

Just don’t have it there between June & September!

Jen, Jen, Jen…

That would mean there would be a bunch of snow there. This desert rat was freezin’ his tail off in Dallas when it was below 60.

Think warmth…

I agree with that, and would like to point out that neither of the conventions to date have been anywhere near the east coast, where a large percentage of this site’s users seem to come from.

There seem to be an awful lot of Floridians who frequent this newsgroup, so Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville (my pick, since I live there) would be a pretty decent selection. However, Florida is probably inconvenient for a lot of people, which would make Atlanta a much more attractive choice.

Just about anything in the southeastern US would be nice, but I have a feeling Atlanta is an early favorite. Other possibilities might be Charleston (NC), Nashville (TN), Mobile (AL) or even New Orleans (LA).

Just trying to offer some suggestions.
