He puts on an entertaining presentation and is generally a pretty nice guy… have met and spoken with him on a few occassions.

Make sure his material for renting to “special needs persons” is applicable in your area. This is the hook in his pitch.
He sold a bunch of packages here in Texas, only later did we find out this group is taken care of by different arrangements. A lot of wasted money if we had known.
