Can anyone direct me to the applicable sections of federal and/or state laws on condemnation appraisals? Typically, state and federal law impose conditions which must be considered by the appraiser.
Specifically, the subject property is a designated brownfield, in a UEZ, and in an area designated for Redevelopment.
