I checked your only post on the Cash Flow Q&A and didn’t quite understand how it relates to a short sale. However, to be honest, tax questions need to be asked of someone a lot smarter and more qualified than I. I am neither an acountant nor an attorney (gawferbid) though I am often mistaken for one or the other due to my warts, claws and lecherous demeanor.
