If you are speaking of the taxes as a result of the change of title and added to the escrow charges…i would say NO the NNN tenant should not be charged this.
If you are speaking about taxes after the tenant has entered the property and is conducting business…possibly…but I agree with Blucat…what does your NNN lease agreement say.
