You’ve read several real estate books, on no money down techniques, I assume, and articles/posts on this site, and you don’t have ANY idea about how you can buy properties with no cash/no credit?

i’ve read several books on real estate and i’ve read the articles on this site as well as some of these posts. i’m still not quite sure on how can you get anyone, including the seller to lend you money if you have no cash and no credit.

Sometimes it’s not looked at that way. Many people on this site focus on lease-options. Although it is a financing tool the same as any other, most of the people that use it and get it offered to them think of it like a lease or rental.
I don’t have the best credit, and it’s been a lot worse in the past, but I’ve never failed to qualify for renting a house. If you are seeking a good starting point this might be it.
