Well, the exact form you speak of is probably copyrighted. However, most any site with downloadable real estate or legal forms should have some variation of it. You can make one easily enough.
Basically:
I (seller) authorize you to disclose to (Dave in WA)_ any and all details regarding loan #____________.

In a past article by Dawn Bent and Sharon Higginbotham they mention an “Authorization to Release” form you have a seller in foreclosure sign (this gives the bank permission to speak with you about the account) does anybody know where I can obtain a copy of this form? Thanks Dave???
