Alot of Big Players use entities, trusts, etc. There is absolutely no way for you to know how much people are buying and what way they buy.
Or how about the little guy buying 3-4 houses a month making a 15-20k profit or so and putting them all in trusts and doing all his own closings on the front end.
I think your probably mistaken myself.
