I have a non profit organization(with a very cooperative board)who is ready to accept donated homes. The contributors of course get a tax write-off etc. I’m trying to obtain the specific information about how to set up this aspect of my business efficiently and avoid jeopardizing the status of the non profit. Can someone please stir me to the proper sources, would like to avoid expensive mistakes.
