Hi guys and gals. I have a realtor friend who has a house sold, but the current owner has only owned it since April. The buyers mortgage fell through because of time on title(lack thereof). Does anyone have a recommendation of a lender they should call?

I have a lender in SC. They have approved loans for me and my students that I have mentored to do flips and Contract for Deed deals.

You will have the same issue with 99.9% of lender if you can’t prove the improvments made to the home to increase value in short time.
However, try Detla Funding, 1st NLC, Greenpoint.
