I’m purchasing a $135k condo in So. Cal. for all cash that is worth around $160k, which I am going to keep as a rental. How difficult will it be to place a NOO loan of say 85-90% on it and get my money back? And, can that be done within a few months after purchase? My credit score is above 700.
