I get calls from people wanting me to buy their MH’s from my advertising, but I’m only interested in SFH’s. Anybody here that deals in this area interested in these callers, give me your name and phone number and I’ll have them call you.

Hello,

I may be interested. I am moving to the Atlanta area in a few months. Could you give me some insight what the market is like up there as far as working Lonnie deals?

thanks

Jasha,

I don’t do Lonnie deals, the reason for the original post, so I can’t commit. But based on the calls I have received (and I received another call for a MH last night), there doesn’t seem to be many MH investors.

I’m talking mainly about Cherokee County, where most of my advertising exists. Maybe the laws are not MH investor friendly here, I don’t know. Maybe I should check into it, and get Lonnie’s book.
