I’ve heard how great MH can be and living in North Jersey, I’ve looked into a few. Some of the lot rents run $500-$550 and that’s about what I figured I’d be able to rent it for. I don’t know if flipping will work here and haven’t researched it yet, but I will be.
I’m a newbie, and have been looking around for lower-priced Mobile Homes – there seems to be no such thing in the New York City/metropolitan New Jersey area. Any ideas?
