Than you in advance for taking the time and effort to respond to my query.
I am involved as a “birddog” to find properties for my associates who will put financing in place and flip properties. Once acquired, I will also coordinate contractors efforts and perform some of the renovations myself.
I’m sure I’m not the first to do this. What I’m looking for is an existing legal agreement which I can use to spell out the rights and obligations between myself and my associates, which we can modify with our particulars. I know many must have had such agreements drafted already.
Is there a legal library or some other resource I can use other than having an attorney draft the agreement from scratch??
