I just learned that a local attorney told a party in of our deals (who is trying to renege on the agreement) that “Ray Alcorn is a shark. You do not want to take him on in court”.
I think I’m gonna take it as a compliment… I kind of like the idea of intimidating lawyers*.

*Excluding John Hyre. He’s a tax lawyer, and messing with those guys is like insulting a waiter BEFORE he brings your food.
