I am very famaliar with broker notes for homes but not with mobile homes.Are there any financial institutions or investment companies that are looking to purchase owner financed notes on mobile homes??maybe 5-10 a month?

I would be interested in your notes. Groups of at least three totaling 50,000. Will look at smaller amounts if they are on Lonnie deals though.
