I want to sell my home and on investor stopped by and asked how much i wanted for my house. I told him the price high 500K. He told me that he could give me 25% of the asking price if i carried the loan for 5 yrs. he wants to write a note. Since i have never done any thing like this can any one explain to me how this works? Thank you,kindly
