I went to this site, I think it’s Michael Warren’s site. Anyway they have mortgages for sale, high risk 125%LTV types
35% max discount. Has anybody tried to buy any of these? They also have defaulted notes also, 50% discount. I know we were taught to find the notes that have a good LTV cushion.
Just curious if anybody here has looked into buying these.
