Does anyone know of loan programs available for someone with credit scores over 700 with no down pmt and closing costs included? I read at another forum that these loans are available, but I can’t seem to find one. If someone can help me, let me know.

You have two options. One try for 103 % LTV that will cover closing costs but you will pay mortgage insurance.
Other you can try 80/20 and then no MI. You can also visit a
www.loan-123.com for mortgage product information. These products are standard and most mortage brokers should offer them. If you go to bank and credit union, they may or may not have it.
