Ron,

Again thanks for your response.

I’ve purchased a couple of properties at a Larry Latham (i think) auction several years back. They required good faith deposits. I’ve also read that some auctions require cash within 24 hours (including earnest money).

I will absolutely read your article as I intend to successfully bid next week. Wish me luck please.

Do you have any articles on additional liens and/or positioning?

Any body know what’s required to bid at an NTS auction?

Not sure if an earnest money deposit is required or blank check for winning bid?

DK---------------

Every state has different laws. Here in CA you have to have the cash at the auction for your maximum bid.

Study the foreclosures laws in your state.

I’d suggest you read my article on the topic under the “money ideas” forum of this CREONLINE.COM website: “Is foreclosure investing for you.”
