I bought WB’s course about 2 years ago.
In it, he talks about optioning the bene int. in the trust, as opposed to the property, thereby avoiding an equitable interest in the real property.
Has this been tested in court yet?
And, if I’m getting 10% of the purchase price, would this really fly?
