We own a farm property(90 acres) in Upstate NY. There is a 1 acre parcel that has been fenced off and used like it is part of our proerty for the past 25 years. It is owned by another party.
This party is asking an onerous amount for the parcel. Is there any way that this land can be considfered ours as it has been fenced in an used on the property as if it was ours for years?
