Does anyone own/invest in commercial multi-family units in NYC – any one of the 5 boroughs of Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island? Any size building, but the larger the number of units the better (20+, 50+, 100+. and so on).
Why or why not? Rent stabilization thoughts?
