If you ran numbers for a building where the numbers don’t work, move on.
Yes, it is possible to find motivated sellers everywhere. Just need to start networking, marketing, and looking.

I am new to this and thought I would ask questions while I am undertaking my future. Do these techniques work for Multi tenant buldings? Many of the numbers I have run on apartment buildings in Manhattan will not support a mortage. This takes in account current rental rates and expenses. Is it possible to find a motivated seller in Manhattan?
