Jasmine has always very promtly answered all my calls and e-mails.

I’m not holding my breath, either. I guess I never would on a short sale. Loan balance is $83,000 after fees, etc. She told me before I sent my short sale package in that they could definitely do $67,000. I offered $45,000 and they are asking for another BPO.

We’ll see what happens.

I am having a wonderful time working with Ocwen on a short sale. I might not get what I want, but I have found the rep. to be very courteous and professional, promptly returning calls and e-mails, etc.

I have found my rep to be courteous and helpful as well. I left her 8 voicemails in 3 weeks that all went unanswered so I called her supervisor and left a courteous message for him. She called me the next morning to ask how she might help.

I’m not holding my breath they have a pretty bad reputation.

Congrats! Ocwen can be tough, to say the least. Make sure to keep
the rep’s name and number for future deals (and if you want to e-mail
