I am not an expert, but I am assuming you can email from your email software. If you are using MS or Netscape, when you click on an on-line email link, your browser will launch your DEFAULT email program. You may have switched email programs and eliminated your old one, or made a change where there is none listed as a default. Try changing your email program to your default email program and see if that helps.
Or just cuss your computer out like I do when something doesn’t work right.
