Yes Ray, I have all ready done due dilligence on this one. It is very small, 3.3 acres with 3 mobile homes and a fourth site. However I am wanting to acquire a larger MHP and I would be interested in the letter of intent you mentioned. Do you have a sample of one you could e-mail me?

Does any one have a good example of an offer to purchase for a small MHP. These parks are in North Carolina. I have found a couple of small ones that I would like to submit an offer to purchase on.

Are you sure you want to use an offer to purchase?
Would a Letter of Intent get you to the same place, where you can buy some time to do the due diligence necessary to do a proper valuation with no obligation to perform, but have the right of first refusal? Maybe you have already done due diligence?
