There are a lot of condos in the market so be careful. Resort condo’s especially have depreciated in the U.S in places like Florida and Las Vegas. Everything is regional of course, but if it were me I would by medical office condos near a hospital or class A office in a down town district. You will have to determine your risk by looking at the local vacancy rates. You could also look at retail condos on the street level in high pedestrian foot traffic areas.
