I reveived a message from a woman who said she must do something about selling her house immediately, and wanted me to call her back. Trouble is, she’s in Ohio. Just a little out of my range (grin).
I couldn’t recognize the town, but it sounded like Huber Heights. If you’re an experienced investor in the area, please email me for a free lead.

is a major suburb North of Dayton. Once touted as the worlds larges community of “all brick” homes, and just a short drive to Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Generally a very hot market, and over 100 miles from home for me so it is also a bit out of range for me too.
