I’m in Hanock (The stupid censor program doesn’t want a “c” where the "" is) and do mobile home deals in Union. I’ve been meaning to hit Lima area, but haven’t gotten around to it.

Hello, I’ve been interested in Real Estate investing for some time but have not had the courage to just do it. I came across this web site about a week ago and am very interested in the success that everyone seems to be having. I wanted to know if there are any investors on this board from the western part of Ohio (Mercer,Auglaize,Shelby, Darke, Van Wert,Allen counties).I ordered and have received two of Lonnie Scruggs books and have been reading them this weekend, both are very good and hard to put down. Looking forward hearing from others. Thanks
