We may not have rents here as high as what you are accustumed to. Actually that Jackson Center,47 sites,$515,000 was a decent deal. Sold for $490,000. It was a little out of my area, so I bought a 43 site a couple miles from a park I already own. I should have bought both. One drawback on that JC property, the village bills the property owner for all unpaid utility bills the tenants don’t pay. Kind of costly for total electric homes.
